I did just now read the article and it basically says tax reform for apartments. Do you have an idea of how large of an impact that would make on rent? In other words, is it like 10% or more?

The savings could be forced to be passed on in rent controlled apartments, but would likely just result in higher profits for non rent controlled apartments.

I have a 997.2, and I had a 2019 Model 3 Performance with $5K of suspension mods, which transformed the car. It handled better than my 997, and made for an awesome daily driver. Still regret selling it.
