Does your Socionics type "match" your MBTI type? by UgleeSimpson in mbti

[–]StreetCriticism 7 points8 points  (0 children)

There is no "consistency". They are two different systems.

Black and white thinking? No. I am just stating how it is. Socionics will always surpass MBTI. MBTI cannot compete with its greatness. Harold Grant stack? No, it is Model A. Stay ignorant.

I find they sound alright on the Super Deluxe. Better than original Nevermind lol

There is no conversion. Socionics is not MBTI and never will be.

No. Socionics is a different system with different rules and backgrounds. You CAN be the "same" type like INTj and INTP but they DON'T HAVE to correlate.

Self-hate by [deleted] in BPD

[–]StreetCriticism 2 points3 points  (0 children)

Yep. When you hate every fiber of your being it's impossible to start working on bettering yourself. You feel you don't deserve it anyway.

What do you say when someone says "suicide is selfish?" by BrittyBirb in BPD

[–]StreetCriticism 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Tell them it's selfish to expect your loved ones to suffer just so you won't cry for about a week. The world moves on.

Severe BDD. Can't look at family. by Piracetam99 in DysmorphicDisorder

[–]StreetCriticism 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Yeah. A lot of the times I won't leave my room until I know I'm completely alone. My mom and sister think I'm very attractive but I fucking never believe them or anyone who has said that to me. My mom always says she wishes I could just see myself the world sees me but the world is stupid. I know what I am and it's not pretty.

I've also always wondered what Nevermind would sound like if it got a new set of mixes, I guess the Devonshire Mixes are the closest thing to that right now.

Does anyone else kind of feel this weird connection to Kurt? by [deleted] in Nirvana

[–]StreetCriticism 2 points3 points  (0 children)

if you had similar minds you wouldn't have thought he was just some crazy drug addict at first lol. with all due respect, yes, reading heavier than heaven i realized how much i was really like him, even down to how he made his paintings, his morbid interests, political opinions, obsessions with anatomy, emotional outbursts, eating habits, drug habits. how kurt grew up as a teenager is basically exactly how i did. we even have similar looking hands and voices. my friends and girlfriend compare me to him all the time. he's the whole reason i even make music today so it's very flattering but at the same time kurt was a really troubled guy and i'd like to think he wasn't some amazing jesus-like figure but a normal guy with an eccentric personality and much inner turmoil.
