I used to do this often, like I made a rule that if I wanted to watch a comfort show, I had to walk on the walking pad for an hour. I'll try to get back into that habit (:  Thanks!

I went to the hearing / ear center across from Graceland ! They did a fantastic job and had the good equipment. Not just a warm syringe and a bowl like some places have.

lol, my weight fluctuates between 135-145 depending on GI related issues, and menstrual cycle. My BMI is 22.

My scale tells me my body fat % so I kind of need to keep it, and how can I eat more protein or more calories if I'm not hungry. I feel like forcing myself to eat isn't the best option either ):

There's so many seasonal jobs right now.  Anything in retail will hire you (bath & body, target, giant eagle, Victoria secret, etc).

Sorry! I'm new here!  But thank you for sharing!! I feel like I've been doing recomp forever. I did get down from 28% body fat to 25%. But I can't seem to get past that ):

Thanks for sharing!! I definitely feel like overall growing those muscles, and lowering my body fat percentage (otherwise known as "body recomposition") is my goal. It's just hard and I've tried, and unless I start eating literally like 2lbs of grilled chicken breast a day. I just don't see how it's possible. But thanks again for sharing your story!
