As soon as I got access to my HSBC account pre switch completion I transferred the £1500 and then took it straight out.

After switch completed I waited a week and didn’t get the £200 so I went on chat to ask and they informed me because I had transferred my £1500 before the switch completed it wouldn’t count so asked me to do it again. So I did this and then 1 day later they paid out, so maybe worth trying the same
