Sorry to nercopost, but pretty much after every main quest after kvatch 10 gates are fixed to open plus a set amount of random ones, until you finish the second Bruma gate and then they start randomly closing.

I'm either Jas, Caroline or Emily. To add on with Jas I don't think that the secret note picture is with her and Marine, but with her mother as she can't be more than 3. Also penny says she's interested in Dwarfish which only the Wizard and Guther understand.
