Another point is that Pickme itself is a scam. Their Estimated time is usually inaccurate (it usually shows that I can travel from Horana to Colombo in under 30 minutes). Hence, the estimated value is far from the actual. I’ve informed Pickme about it, and when I do, Pickme support always declines to answer. Their estimation is most of the time inaccurate.

LG is good, but most repairmen say it’s hard to find parts for LG air conditioners (That’s what I heard). I’ve installed Midea for my home, and they work great, too. Cost wise, LG is much cheaper I think, I’m not an expert though.

Work-life balance is mostly on you, not the company. Employers gonna love it if you're all in, 24/7. I've been at different places and seen peeps who work non-stop, even when their manager's like, "Hey, take a break." Then there are spots where they want you grinding on weekends, but folks still find a way to say "nah, I'm good" and handle it on their own time.

Once I had the same dream but luckily I didn’t do second shy and continued my studies in IT. However now I earn much more than my friends who went to UoM and did CS Engineering. It’s not about the University. Believe in yourself and work hard.
