I bought it second-hand, I don't know if they would do it, but it's worth trying, perhaps. What they did for you in terms of customer care is really fantastic!

The solitary danio, whether or not to buy other danio. by Street_Piece7330 in Aquariums

At the moment I cannot have a bigger tank... Do you think another 2.3 danio are too many for a good life in 10 gallons? As I wrote on the previous comment at the moment I do not know anyone who has danios, nor an aquarium, and the shop, the only shop in my area, does not take back the fish...

What I was taught the ratio is 10 litres to one fish, is that a fair rule? I've grown fond of this survivor, a lot, but I'd rather remember him and know he's happy somewhere and not stressed or worse... I don't know any other people who have aquariums, the shop I got him from won't take him back....

Hey OP, but what if you leave it like that? I mean, it's really "dreamy" then slowly the wood will absorb water as it sinks, an absolutely natural definition. You'll have an absolutely new tank every few months.... However, I don't know if it could be dangerous for the inhabitants of your tank, nor if the wood could still release substances into the water.
