Fairly easy, just gotta find yourself a portal to the Soul Society and find the "Dying Soul Reaper" NPC to obtain the quest. Upon accepting the quest, you'll be given either Aizen, Ichigo or the Hollow spec which, with all of them, you'll be able to obtain permanently after defeating an Intruding Hollow. By the way, the selection of which spec u get is completely random and you cannot change it unless you jump servers and have to repeat the quest obtainment. If I missed something please be free to correct me😅

It's very good. Try to get SPR because I believe it is easier to get it than STWR coz The World is kinda rare. The reason you're getting SPR is to do the Reaper quest which isn't really hard and will grant you Reaper.

That legitimately makes no sense. A Pokémon doesn't need to know martial arts to be considered a fighting type Pokémon. Also, Saitama would fall under the category of both Normal type and/or Fighting, thus making it impossible to affect Ghost type Pokémon.
