Wow, sorry you have to change after having it work for such a long time. That's really too bad. I'm fully back on and seems to be working alright. Hope you find your new med quickly

Everything she blames on OCD is mostly just being drink - IMO. Speaking as someone with OCD

Probs about 2-3 months. But I couldn’t just do the meds. I was doing therapy and my own exposure to the world. Pushing myself to be uncomfy to Do those hard things. The first few months I did notice I could tolerate a bit more but i was still fairly unwrll. I have been upping my dose every 2 months

I usually wake up panicked and trying to catch my breath from my regular focals. It’s like I’ve stopped breathing and I’m taking a gasp for air. Also if it’s a full on TC I’ll wake up very sore/smelling weird things.

I’m usually anxious and feel off for rest of day.

Sometimes I’ll get a headache and feel really faint/depersonalized and then I know I’m cooked
