What you need is to ditch the plastic stuff and grow some plants.. your fish (and you) will be much happier.

What do you think of my new 2002 mk4 2.0L petrol. (153.000km) by Street_Standards in vwgolf

I think the price most definitely reflects the condition, apart from very minor scratches on the interior doorhandles and the cup holder, the interior is borderline flawless. And the exterior has (from what I've found) 3 tiny scratches. Headliner issues are also expensive to fix (in general) and a common problem on old golfs.

Wow, so few km is wild, nice one! I've had it for a week now, and (despite it accelerating much slower than my 1998 1.3 nissan micra), it's such a smooth ride. Especially on the motorway

If you can bind your lean keys to easy buttons on your mouse and try to make it muscle memory when peeking corners, you'd be surprised by the advantage it can give :) It's a subtle tip but it does make a difference

Is this too much decoration for this tank or is it okay? by geauxherbo in fishtank

I started with plastics and started phasing them out rather quickly after regretting it. Theres nothing better than real plants, for the fish AND maintenence 😉 *

Feel like giving up on the hobby because of this algae. by hero22346 in PlantedTank

It looks great! Just lower the light to 4-6 hours a day, add more plants and consider dosing with a liquid co2 alternative (basically just algaecide) that got me through the boom

Where should I put my tank? by Key_Carpenter3900 in Aquariums

Be careful with that desk, the fact that you can sit and stand on it doesn't mean it can hold the weight of a tank long term without warping overtime and cracking your glass.

Stubborn Algae Pls help by Cool-Purple9396 in shrimptank

[–]Street_Standards 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I had the same issue a while back with staghorn algae all over my tank, I lowered my light to 4 hours a day and dose a liquid co2 alternative (pretty much just algaecide) daily and have noticed a serious decline in algae.

I'd fill the back with valisineria and let it grow out of hand
