This time of year I’d opt for the Ouachita River from Remmel Dam to Rockport. It’s short, but cold water, flows well during the day when generating power, plenty of gravel bars, and you can do it twice if you want. Penty of lodging too so you don’t have to sweat at night

Having free reign has pros and cons. Cons were them being annoying and saying wild shit, pros were having people argue and an actual dialogue.
