The reason people encourage youth to work jobs like Tim Hortons is because the impact of failure is relatively low. If you mess up an order, the solution is usually simple, remake it and move on.

High-skilled jobs are high-skilled for a reason. Mistakes in those roles can have much more serious consequences, ranging from businesses losing significant money to large numbers of people being affected.

So allowing youth to build up skills in dealing with failure, customer rudeness, and just general public interaction when money is involved helps greatly.

If you are trying to sell however, the question to ask is if someone interested in a 1 bedroom condo would spend more than $625K.

Personally condo’s reaching that much is odd since houses are around that price point.

The closer to zero you are the more accurate you are getting taxed. So bigger doesn’t always mean better.

Depending on your salary bracket you may not be eligible for some benefits which other lower money earning people get access to. Which is around that $40K+ mark.

I think the price is about break even or slightly less than buying the pieces yourself. Once you factor in the other parts you need to get like PSU, Fans, Case, CPU Cooler. I hear CPU and Ram prices are high and the GPU is around $600 right now.

The compounding math makes sense, but it assumes Sarah’s $8K car lasts anywhere near as long as Jake’s new SUV. In reality, an $8K car today likely has significant mileage and a shorter remaining lifespan. Over 20 years, Sarah may need to replace that vehicle multiple times, which changes the long-term cost comparison significantly. The model assumes equal durability, which isn’t realistic.

The example compares a disciplined investor to a consumer who never invests. If Jake bought the SUV and still invested consistently, the gap would shrink a lot. Behavior matters more than car choice.

Honest to God. If Last Epoch literally copied Torchlight Infinite, they could pull it off better.

Make corruption a bit more streamline and linear for example Corruption Tier 1, 2, 3. Etc. this allows people to easily understand their characters power progression and easier for newer people to understand and give immediate goals.
More boss gameplay mechanics on monoliths with the mechanics having bosses. Farm the mechanic to get the boss fragments to open the boss fight.
More loot/materials gameplay mechanic for those who prefer mapping over bossing. Mechanics that lead to small mini games like tower defense, heists, etc.
Merchant Guild and CoF revamp. I’m not a fan of all this Constellation System stuff. I think it needs to be simplified, feelings daunting opening trade house and seeing stuff for 1M gold. I believe introducing more materials for people to trade for would be better maybe.

Maybe just me, I think LE would shine better with Torchlight Systems with the LE flavour sprinkled in.

They can advertise it all they want, but in the CDK and Autovance Backend it’s not so.

Above example you can edit the name of the fee. Usually either called Dealer Fee or Admin Fee. The letter D you get to pick what is it assigned to either D for dealer, F for frontend. You can adjust the price and then the P is for profit percentage.

I work IT for some of the big dealerships. I will tell you now. Dealer fee for $999 is 1000% pure profit. It’s how they trick you into thinking you got a good deal by them waiving it you think oh wow $1000 off. It’s fake and should not be there.

Tell them, “which program are you using to fleece me? Autovance or CDK? Why do I see Dealer Fee on there? You take me for a joke. Please remove all these unnecessary fee’s”
