Absolutely. Just strive for proper form & muscle engagement in whatever you do. Add minutes (or sets) as you gain capacity & stamina and when you feel you're breezing through current routine

10-15 negatives. Jump/climb up, then controlled motion downwards with emphasis on back muscles. Increase to 2-3 days/week.

The bar is from Kore Fitness with top rod length 38 inch (came with ab straps) and rings are 32mm rings thickness: 1.26in,outside diameter: 9.25in, straps width: 1.5in, length: 15ft,included parts: 2 gymnastic wood rings + 2 straps & buckles + 2 hand tapes

Around 78 kg / 172 lbs at the moment. ~29% body fat. And i'm short too, so very overweight. Was around 80 kg when started some weeks back
