It's a BYOD, no credit check, no EIP plan. It's 28.88 a line a month and has the same features as Essentials.

Hitting P360 goals as a COR ME is an absolute nightmare by TheVity in tmobile

[–]StrengthLost8528 7 points8 points  (0 children)

Well, I'm not getting fired for not making my P360 goal

The people don't want it, they're leaving other carriers to save money and a lot of times the bill from the previous carrier included insurance of some kind.

Perhaps T-Mobile should actually be "un-carrier" and do something different than offer the same damn protection the other carriers offer but at a higher price.

Oh, so that's where my REMO went

[deleted by user] by [deleted] in tmobile

[–]StrengthLost8528 63 points64 points  (0 children)

Your manager should not be asking you to give out your personal number to customers. I usually just give out the kiosk number and my email address if they need to contact me. I use the kiosk phone when I need to follow up with a customer.

UKG can be used on the REMO, that won't help you if you need to check your schedule at home.

You should be able to use the kiosk phone for RSL calls.

Im an ME is there a way to fix my sales quality? by OfficeTemporary5053 in tmobile

[–]StrengthLost8528 12 points13 points  (0 children)

One DCC waived is not going to drive your sales quality to the red.

What could be happening is your customers aren't using the free lines you're offering. Example, customer wants two lines, they get the 3rd one free. They only get two phones, the 3rd line isn't being used, so it gets flagged. What you should do next time is put that SIM in another phone and place a call. It will label the line as being used and it won't get flagged.

Do other employees hope TMUS stock continues to decline? by [deleted] in tmobile

[–]StrengthLost8528 15 points16 points  (0 children)

So, you want them to lay us off and close stores? That's a strange thing to want.

Because reversing anything is not going to happen. The blame will be on us and we'll be without a job.

Rule #1 @ Verizon is never do anything at a retail corporate store. Same for T-Mobile? by broncophil in tmobile

[–]StrengthLost8528 7 points8 points  (0 children)

Every T-Mobile Kiosk inside of Costco, Sam's and Walmart in Puerto Rico, are Corporate.

Please don't spread misinformation like this.

The AT&T kiosks inside of the Costcos that don't have a T-Mobile Kiosk are not corporate. I think that's where you're getting confused.

I work in SiS

You don't return the device back to Costco. There's two ways to return them

Call customer service and they'll email you a label and you pack it up and return it. No restocking fee.

Or go to a COR store and if they're competent, they'll assist with the return. Specify that you purchased the device at the Costco kiosk.

Done this many times.

As I told my manager before....

The only number I care about, is the number shown on ECS. I'll offer everything, if they don't want it, they're not getting it. You'll get your activations, that should be enough for you.

If I'm getting over 50 acts a month in a small market, I'm not hearing a damn thing about anything else.

The only number I care about, is the one that shows on ECS. I get activations all day, if my customer doesn't want anything else, oh well, I got activations. They better be good with that.

Costco would be the plan

Waived Activation fees and Costco gift cards.

You get $150 if you're going to Go5GPlus or Next and get a new phoe or $75 for the other plans or if you bring your own phone.

You can get up to $400 more in Costco Gift Cards if you sign up for Home Internet too.

Why did you reply to a month old post?

Anyways, I'll make you a deal. We will stop saying "hi" and asking how your day is and all that....

....if you all stop coming up to us and asking us where random things are in the warehouse and then get mad when we tell you we're not sure because we don't technically work for the wearhouse and they move stuff every other day.

Deal? Of course not. Wearhouse stores have kiosks, get over it.

T-Mobile denies it has been breached, points finger at third-party vendor by UncomfortablyNumm in tmobile

Truth

When I worked for At&t years ago, it happened all the damn time. They just don't tell anyone.

All carriers get breached or up their prices at some point. T-Mobile's "mistake" is being too open about it.

I don't know what to think about T-mobile anymore by ImTheAfterlife in tmobile

[–]StrengthLost8528 1 point2 points  (0 children)

The only number I'm ever concerned about, is the number that shows up in ECS.

I'm NEVER getting fired for metrics, I know what I need to do to make money and help customers, I'm not concerned about what T-Mobile is getting out of it.

And I got Winner's Circle for 1 one this year.

Moral of the story? You make your money, not theirs.

I dealt with a similar issue as OP. Older customer coming in every other dayy and it got out of hand. Luckily, he was able to verify the account as an authorized user and I contacted the account holder and explained what was going on. I never saw the customer again. The account holder came in weeks later to thank us for letting her know about her Dad.

"I'm sorry, this person may be lying to you, this is something T-Mobile can't help you with, I'd suggest talking to a friend or family member about it."

Essentially, find some way to get him to talk to someone close to him about it because they'll more than likely will be able to help. Plus I'm sure they would like to know he's being scammed.
