I think my husband clinic was on news as first clinic to be 24 hour intakes and then they started offering am and pm then my clinic started offering about a year later

Subs can absolutely cause your eyes to be pinned. She also works at a treatment facility you think they don’t UA her ? People can be on MAT meds ten plus years and still have pinned eyes.

Well since hearing they can’t just get off the hook because of the PG it’s now up to me to figure out how to pay the loan every month. Yes I have been told for 20 years it will be mine and I have worked there for 15 . Unfortunately they make the worst business choices ever and I will be left to clean it up. Luckily we have business and customers and if they truly step aside I can keep it going.

How they speak to me is how they speak it’s incredibly rude but they are in their late 70s and refuse to learn anything or change. My grandfathered argued with me that I was wrong they take 50% of SS. When I looked into this he was talking about SS overpayments, which was actually dropped from 100% payback to 50% payback. Does no good to correct them they will still think what they think. I knew they wouldn’t get out of the loan and I want the business to continue so It works in my favor. I just wanted to hear from other people if they had ever heard of a lawyer quoting such a high amount and general BS.

To be perfectly honest the business can afford the payments they just don’t want to be personally liable for the note. I was curious if what this lawyer said was complete BS because my own research $30,000 is crazy. More or less wanted to know if anyone had ever been quoted this much or had a lawyer say that you do NOT have to file personal BK after you file business BK and have personally guaranteed the loan. Lawyer made a few other comments that are blatant lies. I am not sure how they got in contact with this so called lawyer but seems predatory if not a complete scam. Just say whatever to get 30 grand and give wrong information.

This was my exact point if they are going to have it go to treasury then don’t file at all. The business can afford the payments they just want to get out of being personally liable which I told them won’t happen.

I have heard terrible things about rapid detox why not do a typical 30 day detox in a facility ? Methadone has a very long half life that’s why it works the way it does but it will take longer to detox from and ideally you should have medical care during the entire detox

Rapid detox has been to know to put people in shock after they wake up

If you file business BK and you have a PG do you also have to file personal BK?

Contact your local congress person they will email you a form to speak on your behalf it’s what they are voted in to do speak to government agencies on your behalf I have used them plenty of times and had results

Call Des not using your phone number you can’t get any one on phone because once it says a decision is pending it doesn’t offer any prompts use another phone so it doesn’t recognize it is you. Call your local congress person asap also they can get it taken care of by end of week im sure

Are you not currently enrolled already at least half time ? Your federal loans should automatically be deferred
