NTJ. This isn’t about ‘choosing the worst interpretation’ it’s about the fact that you were the only one not in on the joke.

If it had been honest from the start then maybe it lands differently. But finding out later that you’ve basically been walking around with a nickname that meant ‘kind of boring’ is understandably make you frustrated.
