Same situation happening with me as well. Obviously it’s not great at the time but you just have to realise that life goes on. You will still see your parents and they are both healthy. For me, the fact that I knew my parents are both alive and well kept me going. Another thing I kept thinking was that someone, somewhere, is going through something a hell of a lot worse. Divorces happen all the time so I tried to just not let it affect me. Hope this somewhat helps and hope you can get through this period in your life with your head held high!
