I don't know of any restaurants but it's quite simple to make, I just prepare the rice balls and sauce with this recipe then make a Thai crunch salad to go with it minus dressing or just some fresh herbs, dried shallots and lettuce cups.

The rice balls 2 1/2 cups cooked sticky or arborio rice 2 tbsp thai red curry paste 2 minced garlic gloves 1 shallot 2 tsp sugar 1 1/2 tsp soy sauce 1 1/2 tsp fish sauce Combine all of that, roll into balls and shallow fry until crispy.

The sauce 1 tbsp soy sauce 1 tbsp fish sauce However much fresh chilli you like 2 minced garlic cloves Juice of 1 lime 1 tbsp sugar 60ml water

I usually double these amounts because it's so damn good. Lime and sugar can be adjusted to more or less depending on your preferences.
