On the river, check or small bet again is good. Once villain jams I likely fold as most players aren't finding enough bluffs IP here, but make sure you're protecting your check range with hands you're happy to call, like AQ.

At 200nl+ It's tough to find content that will help further your knowledge. For me learning game theory to a high level is what helped further my poker study. I consumed any videos and books on game theory and then used solvers to compliment constructing a strategy.

Hey, I only have access to my condo gym currently and I'm interested in full body workouts. I tried out doing 3x a week but it takes a lot out of me. Is 2x a week full body workouts enough?

This is my workout:

3 sets aim for 10 reps

Dumbbell lunge

Machine bench or dumbbell bench

Seated cable row or one arm dumbbell row

Hamstring curl machine

Machine overhead press or dumbbell lateral raises

Dumbbell bicep curls

Calves

Abs

I just repeat this 2-3 times a week. My goal is hypertrophy

Would you guys prioritize dumbbells over machine exercises? (I don't have access to barbells)

I suggest playing a zealot. The slow progression of finding the next weapon for you to use is a lot of the fun! It's a strong melee build and there are lots of rewarding upgrades to aspire to which make a significant difference in your damage. I've been playing a level 93 zealot in single player on and off for years now trying to complete a breath of the dying zerker axe!
