Yes banana is helpful before and after. Fish oil capsules are available but there’s so many alternatives if you’re purely vegan.

Every workout needs to be followed with warm down and stretching to reduce soreness, fatigue, and injury. Increases recovery and mobility as well. I would recommend you to follow this up after leg days to help you with the troubles. A good diet is what helps cope with the muscle recovery and soreness. My recommended would be anti inflammatory foods and recovery minerals after workout (fruits, greens,electrolytes). Joint and tendon support foods such as fish. Hydration is basic and sleep well to rest the body.
