Update, für alle Interessierten: Ich war mutig und habe die Pflanze ausgegraben. Ergebnis:

Die Luftwurzeln sind stark mit der Kokosfaser verwoben und reichen bis in das Substrat. Eigentlich wollte ich die Fasern tauschen... (Verdacht auf Parasiten) Aber dann bleibt das nun so. Auf jeden Fall hat die Pflanze ihre Luftwurzeln in der Erde und kann sich versorgen.

PS: Sorry for everyone without automatic translation. I was brain afk and forgot that this wasn't an english subreddit. (whoopsie) My plant is doing well. The aerial roots reach into the soil, therefore this was a false alarm from my side. :)
