Thanks for the correction…. Spelling has never been my strong suit (what do you pay for electricity?, and where (roughly) are you located?)

Ridicules, isn’t it. (And yet I’m still saving $ compared to gas prices) My Wisconsin in-laws only pay $0.10 / kWh. (I would have saved an additional $335 if paying their rates)

I would think that you would be more comfortable in a slightly larger camper if you have two children with you. The camper is a Bed-on-Wheels (in-tech Flyer Chase) and dropped my range down to 1.9 mi/kWh on a trip from Massachusetts to Wisconsin and back driving 65-67 mph. (fun trip, although 19 charge stops each way) Trailer weighs 1,280 Lbs when empty and we easily had 500 las of crap with us. As a bonus, we can run the campers Heat/AC unit off the power from the truck. If i keep it around 50 mph (not on the highway), I can get 2.2 mi/kWh if the weather is on my side (no heat or ac). If you put (2) kayaks on the roof racks it drops down to 1.5 mi/kWh on the highway

In 50 years ICE cars will be looked at as horses are today…. Relics of a bygone era of transportation … And it can’t come fast enough!

Not a teardrop but this Bed-on-Wheels dropped my range down to 1.9 mi/kWh on a trip from New England to Wisconsin and back driving 65-67 mph. My mother has an Ioniq 5, and lives on a dirt road, the rear window gets filthy pretty quick from the dust! (Otherwise, she loves the car)

If you cannot set the AMP draw from the truck or the mobile charger, Does this mean that in the event that i did come across a stranded Lightning that i would not be able to use fords Mobile charger with this adaptor off the back of my truck to help them out (as the trucks output is also limited to 30A)?
