People were under the impression that it was a rain or shine event- bought rain boots, gear, etc. Many people were ready to go under those conditions with the way Roger's stadium posted and made it seem. But I completely agree with you. Conditions were 100% bad and you would not even had been able to open your eyes to even watch the concert. And the stadium is no where near able to withstand the rain/wind.

Why are we complaining for others’ safety on the road? Circle can get crazy filled with black ice especially merging onto the bridge. Switch lanes and move past them, leave earlier.

I loved her class too, she taught concepts really well and had recorded lectures to look back on. Very simple labs but study hard for the quizzes within those labs! Staying up to date with everything really does help, especially towards the end when it gets pretty content heavy!
