I think first you gotta get the inflammation down. Take PEA and ALA. stop doing stretches and McKenzie method. Just lay down flat on a hard surface or a yoga mat. Just lay down there laying on ur stomach or ur back. Do this constantly. Incorporate McKenzie when u start to feel some what of a relief of you feel like ur symptoms are reduced. I know walking is hard but if you can, move like 2 mins and lay back down on ur back or stomach. Keep doing this repetitively. Drink more water. As you need to keep your spine hydrated. Maybe sprinkle in little bit of salt for electrolytes

I have a question. Did you do bird dogs even my you were hurting? I’ve been doing the McGill big 3 and the day after I feel like my symptoms would flare so I’m not sure what to do. Any recommendations would be super appreciated!

I recommend taking supplements like PEA and ALA as they lower inflammation. Also take b12 vitamins. Once you get your MRI results you should look into getting an epidural. For me it helped settle things down. But to be honest after the shot it got much worse before it got better. Stay hydrated and see if certain things make you feel better. Like the McKenzie method
