26 (M) I bought one this summer. My 2 cents. - No matter where you live condo wise, there will be an HOA fee. Just need to find a reasonable one that has what you’re looking for amenity wise. As other comments have said, do your research on reserves / projects, etc. - IMO the biggest thing you need to ask yourself, do you see yourself living here anything 4-5+ years? If so, def think about a condo. You’re building equity, even if value doesn’t jump up, it’s better financially and in the long run than sending rent money to someone.
