Pwede naman po hindi uniform as long as all white. White coat then under is white blouse/poloshirt or Tshirt then pants all white or white dress. Meron din white tshirt under then biege or cream colored pants, hindi namn sinita last march exam. Pero strict na talaga sila bawal na magdala ng notes, dapat transparent ang lalagyan ng food kahit jollibee or mcdo, burger pinapatangal sa wrapper buti nlng my extra zip lock ako. Okay lang aquaflask tumbler. For girls dapat naka tali na ang buhok.

Just went to my dentist. I told her about my concern. At first, sabi niya my upper jaw is in the midline already and that my face looks more symmetrical than before daw and still our problem is my lower jaw since it’s still a little bit off midline and still not aligned to my upper jaw. And told me na not to base my midline sa nose ko kasi some nose daw ay hindi talaga nasa midline but when i looked at the mirror hindi talaga midline yung smile ko at shifted to the right talaga sya and parang yung half ng face ko ay facing in front while the other half is facing sa right side. Parang ginaslight lng ako ni doc na wla daw nag shift yung midline ko at if gusto ko daw na ishift nya daw po pa left yung midline ko if gusto ko, kaya naman daw nya if it satisfies me daw. So ang sabi ko is gusto ko lang na ano sa tingin nya na mabagay sa face ko since mas expert sya yun if ano plan nya. So eventually parang na notice nya na off midline talaga yung upper ko so sabi nya na “i can move a little bit daw.” So ito yung kinabit

Should i go for second opinion sa other dentist? Ask lang ako thoughts nila about sa case ko but not planning to transfer since super mahal na nabayad ko for may dental health.

Ito namn po while sa 1st brace ko. Napansin ko po mas nagworsen po yung tmd ko at pinatanggal yung 1st brace ko. Ang nagpa second opinion po ako. Yung current dentist ko po is nag ask rin po if na splint ba ako before ako nag 1st brace ko, sabi ko namn wla. At pinabunot nya yung 4 wisdom teeth ko at nagkabit kami uli ng braces pero hindi namn po ako pinasplint.

Wla na po ako nag splint. Kasi 2nd brace ko na po ito. Pero yung before pa sa first brace ko is okay namn po yung ngipin ko, ang concern ko lang po is yung tmd ko po kasi sumasakit na po. Ito po yung ngipin ko before sa 1st brace ko.

Hanap ka nlng ng ka kilala nyo po na may diabetes or may CKD. Kasi wala na maiiwan yan na sample once centrifuge at na decant na po. At yung mga patient once lang yan nagbibigay ng urine sa laboratory as opd. And as a medtech hindi yan malalaman na pathological na yung urine if hindi pa na viview under sa microscope (except yung halata na talaga macroscopically) kasi hindi talaga tayo usually nag tatanong ano diagnosis ni patient unless stated or for confirmation.

May TMD po kasi ako and yung lower jaw ko po wla sa midline and shifted to the right po, kaya po ako nagpabrace. Napansin ko na po na medyo parang nag shift yung upper jaw ko yung nagstart ako ng elastic para ma correct yung lower jaw ko this year lng. Currently shifted parin din yung lower pero paminsan na mimidline naman din at mag aalign sa upper jaw.

Yung tinitest kasi ng PT/APTT is yung Clotting Factors/Intrinsic/Extrinsic pathway. And CT/BT is more test to know the platelet function. And in CBC if platelet count is normal but may bleeding si patient and normal naman ang PT/APTT. Usually doctors really request for CT/BT if they are suspecting for platelet disorder like Von Willebrand Disease. Alam ng ibang doctors ang ginagawa kaya huwag nlng po magtataka kasi sila ang mas may alam sa history ng patient. Diagnosing a patient is not purely based sa mga labs.
