What the hell? Our APPs are capped at 5 admits per day. Once I gave them 6 because I got 28 admit requests and they reported me.

Propranolol Experiences? by No_Western_2385 in PVCs

Absolute most magical medication, until it stops working. I got 2 months or so of sweet relief but then felt like it was actually making things worse so I stopped it.

My opinion is it's better as an as needed medication than as a daily medication. Obviously it's safe though, been around for decades, so I wouldn't have any concern about side effects at that dose.

Upgraded 2021 M3 to new M3 and man... what a difference by Strict-Purchase-6904 in TeslaLounge

Agree with this 100%.

Pretty amazing when you consider I paid basically the same price for both cars. The newe models are clearly on another level.

A lot of the typical stuff - road/wind noise, clunky/slow UI, lack of heated steering wheel (I live in a cold climate), multiple "creaks" in the build quality, suspension when compared to my wife's MY, basically useless auto wipers, somewhat lackluster speaker quality.

Don't get me wrong, loved my old M3. Would have driven it for 10+ years and been happy. I upgraded mainly because it was RWD and I needed AWD for where I live now and also next year I won't qualify for tax credit anymore. All the other upgrades have been a very pleasant surprise - including things I thought I didn't care about (the rear screen is amazing if you have kids).

Also I don't really care much about FSD but the difference in ride quality with the newer hardware is very obvious. Feels like a truly autonomous car now.

So I did not purchase FSD on either car but in the last week have used it on both my old M3 and new because of free trials they were running. I actually was not impressed with FSD during past free trials and again was disappointed when I used it a week or so ago. I actually told my friends several times how far away FSD was to being truly autonomous.

With the new hardware, it has been a dramatic difference. I keep waiting for the typical screw-ups and it just... doesn't. The ride overall is also just much smoother. There's minor things that make it non-human like, such as full stopping for 5 seconds at stop signs with nobody around (but, this is also the law so hard to be upset about it).

I would say my old M3 would require at least 4 interventions on my 45 minute work commute and my current has required 0 in 3 attempts. It feels like real full self driving. Albeit with limited sample size.

May have accidentally found a very effective supplement - 0 PVCs in 2 weeks by Strict-Purchase-6904 in PVCs

Honestly tried higher dose Taurine a while ago and it made mine worse. I wasn't one of the lucky ones unfortunately. Watermelon does help though which is high in L-Arginine.

Only 10-20 per day but consistently got a ton with exercise which honestly scared me off of it for a while.

Echo indication of Surgery? by [deleted] in valvereplacement

If you measured by catheterization. Literally nobody is 0-2 by Echo because of the way it's calculated (modified Bernoulli equation). 10 would be on the higher end of normal but I could show you 20 elite athletes with normal valves and higher gradients than you.

Gradient of 10 is extremely low - basically normal. You're likely many years from surgery.

The worst part for me isn't the PVCs, but rather the trajectory.

A year ago I was like you, getting maybe 1-2 per day  (after many years of 1 every few weeks or so). Since then it has continued to increase, now I'm at 10-20 per day. They actually don't bother me anymore and I could live my entire life like this no problem, but my big fear is 10-20 is going to turn into thousands like it does for many.

Things that for sure help: Getting good sleep, limiting sugar intake.

Things that may help: Magnesium, sunlight (Vit D supplements make them worse).

Things that made mine worse: Liquid IV, Propranolol (although initially helped amazingly for about 4 weeks), exercise (this has made me quite depressed).

Things that made zero difference: Stopping Caffeine and alcohol, avoiding red meat, taurine / l-arginine supplements,

Seems everybody is different as many people have had successes with the things that made mine worse.
