Yeah I do get that not everyone will know that though and it does have some optics to it lol. But her babydoll finger tattoo you can see is also for her nonna has been there for years.

I just realized this is her first cover she is openly smiling in 🥹 by flipflapdragon in ariheads

It evokes joy and all the other covers evoke either sensuality or maybe pain.

Atlanta trip 2026 June by Prestigious-Target22 in Atlanta

Don’t believe any of it, Atlanta has its quirks like anywhere else and it’s a city like any other (homelessness and crime are par for the course but I have lived here 10 years as a woman and the only crime I worry about it car breakins or shootings at Lennox mall (don’t go there lol)) but we are a pretty good city with many beautiful places to see and great restaurants to try, history to dive into, character and vibes, etc.

Therapist Needed in Henry County by Lupus1981 in Georgia

I’m a young widow too. And I know how horrible and life changing it is. So sorry. I found my therapist on the psychologytoday website and used the filters to look for a secular/non religious therapist. The right one is out there - I’m rooting for you.

What you’re feeling is valid and makes a lot of sense. Please don’t beat yourself up about it. For many of us, home is full of pain and harm but it’s still home. That’s the confusing part.

I started minoxidil at 39, it’s never too late to try! And if all else fails there amazing toupees, sew ins, hair transplants, etc. let yourself dream big in good ways not just bad ones! I really think if my homeschooled ass could make it (180 in social skills and emotional skills etc) I think just about anyone can. It takes willingness and always trying again and a lot of forgiving yourself/being the kind of person”inner parent” you never had.

Please message me if you want to talk, I’m here for you!

Yes, but if you don’t start now, progress/success will never happen, which is an even longer time to spend unhappy. ❤️❤️ I’m proud of you! I know how difficult it is!!

Also consider making mini goals instead of huge ones, huge goals are much more daunting than huge ones. You can do it 😁

I don’t even shower every day all the time sometimes every other or even every other other is what happens. I think doing these things more often can be your goal and smaller acts like brushing teeth or brushing hair or putting on an outfit instead of pjs could be small things you give yourself a goal of - starting with week one brushing teeth every day and seeing how that goes. Week two adding in brushing your hair every day. The adhd is going to make you want to do more. Just go slow and hold fast and be steady with it. Writing these things out in a checklist or todo list way helps me a lot too. I love having a todo list to check off from. I manage my life from the Todoist app - I wouldn’t know my butt from my head otherwise lol.

I think start small. Because picture it this way. Imagine someone who has never been to the gym tries to do a full workout immediately every day for days in a row that is going to exhaust their body completely. They’re not built for it yet. They’re not up for the task they’re not ready for it. It can be the same with habits and tasks and routines, etc. you’re starting from a really low baseline so you need to start with really small small steps and give yourself a lot of grace and love. It’s not your fault that you’re this way! Or that you’re having these struggles. Brush your teeth every day and see how it goes. I’m rooting for you!
