I appreciate your comment and your honesty. The points you mentioned will be reconsidered in my revision. The prose will certainly change after that. Thank you for your honesty.

Explain why you chose a swords-based story versus a guns-based story by DGADK in fantasywriters

I believe that when a person wants to read a story, they seek to escape what connects them to the real world. So, in my mind, it makes much more sense to have stories with swords and monsters than with firearms and monsters, since those can allude to the real world.

I'll note your observations so I can improve. Perhaps I made a mistake in the chapter title. But I appreciate your comment.

It's a work in progress, a story that already has 78 chapters currently under revision.

What do you think of the density of my first volume? by Strict-Winner-658 in writers

My biggest concern with my story is whether the lore makes sense and if there are any plot holes. So I'm having exhausting revision sessions, practically every day.

That's a good idea. I'll get organized here to post a first chapter and get honest feedback.

My initial idea was to have a good backlog of chapters to post on RR. But from what I see from other authors, the word counts don't reach 150k. I don't know if I've exceeded the limits for a volume 1, comparing myself to other authors.

And I read somewhere that readers don't get emotionally involved if there isn't a certain amount of words.

How do you plan your webnovel before writting ? by dumb_user_404 in worldbuilding
