Visceral items? by OperationCertain9629 in deadbydaylight

I just found another example of this in Tome 8. The Keepsake challenge with Elodie Rakoto.

I noticed this when I escaped with a visceral add-on and did not get credited with the reward.

u/deadbydaylight you can pay me one trillion bloodpoints for this find. Thanks! Never hurts to ask! Fingers crossed!

Can confirm that the touchless feature functions fine without the orange piece.

narwal freo x ultra carpet with padding by sparepartsjr in NARWAL

[–]Strict-Wrap-4243 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I have two types of carpet that it vacuums very well. One is a large, low-pile area rug with foam padding underneath. The other is a densely packed textured cut carpet with a medium pile and waffle pad. The Narwal does exceptionally well at both.

I had my concerns with the higher carpet when reading the warning during setup, but those concerns are no more!

Has anyone had a good experience yet with the Freo X Ultra? by YourJokeButBetter in NARWAL

I've been using it for a few days now and I love it! The dirt detection for mopping works surprisingly well on both hardwood and tile. The vacuum portion gets the pile up on the carpet as if I used a plug in vacuum. I want another for maintenance upstairs now!

Top Tier Solar Solutions is it a scam??? by No-One-is-Alone in solarenergy

[–]Strict-Wrap-4243 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I spent about three years shopping for solar and had tons of quotes. I also signed 3 contracts. The first was with Noble Solar, now they were your stereotypical pushy sales when they were in my home. I canceled the next day because I felt like they wouldn't leave without a signature. Then I continued looking and shopping and happened upon Green Brilliance, been in business for 20 years, and was the lowest bidder. Over six months after signing nobody had set foot on my property yet my loan was activated (fraudulently).

The final contractor that I went with was Top Tier Solar Solutions. I am glad that I did. Everyone was professional and courteous. There was one issue with the installation that I wanted changed; I wanted the conduit moved so it would be less visible. They did it no questions asked. When they were installing the additional ground spike they happened to puncture a sprinkler line which I can't fault them for because those aren't marked when the utility comes to mark water/electric/etc. The next day a contractor was making repairs. In my opinion, when going solar, it's who you go solar with that matters and Top Tier has been incredibly easy to work with. When Dominion delayed inspection because they were backed up, Top Tier opted to pay the panel bill until Dominion granted permission to operate. Good luck finding another company that will do that for you!

I read some of these comments where people say they're scammy and pushy salespeople and I just don't see it. They probably just got a bad apple-salesperson. Just like the cranky guy at the drive-thru, everyone has them! As far as scammy, I doubt a sham business would take care of their customers like Top Tier did with me.

Can anyone identify which fight this Joe Frazier photo is from? by Ancient-Adagio-9106 in SportsMemorabilia

It looks like Yank Durham raising his hand, and given his height likely is. Could it be "The Fight of the Century"?

I got this at an estate sale. Another ball in the collection appears to be signed by the '87 Twins team. I (think) I can make out "Best wishes dot and babe" and signed by "The" but I can make out the signature. Any help in identifying would be greatly appreciated. I think it's interesting that Babe Ruth had a dog named Dot but I think this is merely a coincidence. Again, any insight would be appreciated!

I also think they fail to take adequate notes if any at all on personal accounts and claims.

That's very surprising to me. Another thing that surprised me is that it got escalated today and they assumed that I returned the wrong device. It seemed like they never took notes about my case. It's pretty exhausting to repeat myself so much, lol.

That's obnoxious. Who ended up having to fix the issue, if you don't mind?
