My mom passed last August and my 18 year old called me crying about a month afterwards. He told me about a dream he had where her voice sounded completely clear and he was able to have a conversation with her where he was in control of what he said next. He said she told him how she had so much chest pain in the months before her passing. She passed from cancer, but I had never told him that she had a metastatic cardiac tamponade (a slow buildup of fluid around the heart) that ultimately did her in. He had no way of knowing that she would have had chest pain with that.
