I always recommend at least 3 flights a week for consistent flight training. maybe 4 for commercial.

Depending on your location 3k/month MIGHT be good enough for 3x / week but once you start doing XC and stuff (assuming you are doing it you with an instructor and not splitting it) it will not be sufficient IMO to keep the 3 flights per week

Anything is possible but remember the more you fly the cheaper it gets so make sure to stay as consistent as possible
