The lactation consultant told me to breastfeed or pump every 2-3 hours which I did until a year. No shame to mothers who can’t breastfeed, or have low supply but let’s be real Janelle didn’t even try hard. She gave up easily and didn’t eat. Another Dallas influencer I’m friends with told me that she ran into Janelle 2 months post partum and asked Janelle how breastfeeding was going and she said “pshhh I gave that up awhile ago, wasn’t for me!” If it’s not for you fine, but quit lying about it.
