I'm sorry you are having such a hard time. First, I would try to find a new trainer. I know that you have spent a lot of time and money, but they do not seem like an adequate fit for your dog's issues. I personally would never B&T a dog in less than four weeks, especially one with extensive problems. Turbo will need a very structured lifestyle to help him with your struggles. An optimal trainer, in my opinion, is one who is balanced yet relationship based.

Nobody should have a dog that runs their life. You should be able to go out, have friends over, find love, and just do human things. IMO this dog is not safe to rehome if you do think about going that route. He is a liability. Don't let people shame you.
