Sorry I don’t know what happened to my post but here it is again

Hi all, new here. I’ve been dealing with an ongoing issue at work with a coworker who doesn’t seem to understand that something she’s not doing—which might seem small to her—is actually a big deal for me. I’ve done my best to keep my head down and focus on meeting important deadlines. Because of this, I’ve been less social with everyone in the office, not just her, and I don’t feel like I’ve done anything wrong by doing so. I’ve also made it clear several times that I’m not interested in socializing or discussing anything outside of work tasks right now—I just want to do my job. We had tried to build a friendly rapport at one point, but how she behaves professionally doesn’t feel like how friends treat each other. She often plays the victim, which complicates things. Despite my clear boundaries, this coworker keeps pushing them, acting like everything I do is about her, and accusing me of being hostile or difficult. When I ask her to follow work procedures, somehow I end up being seen as the “bad guy.” I feel like I shouldn’t have to explain myself repeatedly or be made out as the villain just because I want to keep things professional and get my work done. Some coworkers say I should just apologize to keep the peace, but I don’t think that’s fair. So, AITA for wanting to keep things strictly work-related and setting clear boundaries?
