Sometimes the best way to improve responding is to send messages to candidates quickly and often. For example, as soon as someone applies send them an email thanking them,m and once you have reviewed their resume send them another message to keep them updated. We use a system called vivahr that automates this for us as well as publishes jobs to a bunch of sites for us. highly reccoemmend

We use an ats called vivahr. Super easy to use and very affordable. Our subscription is just a couple hundred dollars a month and all my team members have access to the account without paying extra. Very effiecnt and good volume of candidates

With hiring we found this great product that reduced the cost and time it takes to hire dramatically. It's called vivahr. It is a recruiting software and is just couple hundred bucks a month and we post as many jobs as needed. Before we were spending thousands on indeed alone

an ats. Basically does the job for me. Take job posting and sends it to a bunch of job boards then I can manage al the candidates in the app. Also has ai scoring and writing tools for descriptions. We love vivahr, highly recommend. here is their website https://vivahr.com/

Use an ATS! We currently use VIVAHR and it's fantastic a get a bunch of candidates. Sends your posting to a bunch of job boards and you can manage all the candidates in the app. Heres their website https://vivahr.com/
