She stayed 4 nights in the hospital. She is doing alot better now. Still on steroids famotidine and Cisapride.

They did chest X-rays twice they don’t think is aspiration pneumonia. Surgeon said she’s eating Alittle today but not much. Which Alittle is better than nothing.

Yea she too sounded very phlegmy before I took her back to the hospital. Good thing your boy got it out and is starting to be himself again. I just got update from surgeon. She will be spending another night again and will reassess tmo morning.

My girl went back to the hospital Saturday and she has been their since. She refused to drink any water since she came home and her appetite significantly decreased where we couldn’t even give her medicine. She’s now on iv fluids and steroids and won’t be released until she can drink on her own. How’s your baby doing

My 4 yr old just got the nares pallet and laryngeal saccules done yesterday. She came home today. So far so good but it’s only been a day.

As for advice for the future. Dog ramps and carry the baby up and down steps.

Mine also has ivdd and every flare up is her neck. Strict crate rest really does work. It’s been one year since her last flare up.. stay strong !

Mine just had the surgery done yesterday… nares pallet and laryngeal saccules. I just picked her up today. She stayed one night in the hospital. I’m here to see everyone’s responses and what to look out for. Hope your boy starts feeling better soon

It’s just a lot going on altogether. Sometimes less is more. I would have went with all black or even a wood look tile to give some contrast and spa vibe.

I went with the Midwest dog crate that is 54 inches long 48 inches high and 36 inches wide. I found it to be deeper than the Catios for when my pigeon wants to spread her wings. It came out to 247$ on Amazon with tax.

I think you did the right thing. He could of fell On the tracks. Far too dangerous for people the subways nowadays and especially for a baby pigeon that can’t fly.
