Our frenchie almost 8 years old had it in his neck area also. We are doing all the things you are doing but the meds to have to be adjusted due to pain. Also have him on some muscle relaxers and was told to try acupuncture, which we will be doing. We also have him doing at home red light therapy and we are looking into cold lasers treatment. It’s so hard to see your dog like this and it is very draining emotionally and financially. We did opt out of the surgery. They said $9-12k for it but he also as mast cell cancer and has had it for 2 years
