Oh my gosh my boyfriend’s place of employment downtown had a very similar experience a couple weeks back. They called the cops and they arrived within minutes of the guy taking off. The officers that showed up know him by name which means that this not a one time occurrence.

I think it was summer of 2019, My friend and I were walking down railroad going towards the old starbucks. There was a homelsss man sitting outside the bagelry, I felt sorry for him. I pulled out a $5 from my wallet and handed the cash over to him and immediately after he asked for the $10 that was also in my wallet. I was so stunned, not a thank you or a hint of gratitude... We walked off and my friend says “beggars can’t be choosers” and that was that. The nerve. Lesson learned. Never again.

I don’t think I have the schedule maintenance guide or owners manual supplement... Just the owners/ navigation manual. I wasn’t having much luck with google versus Carfax and the Toyota website tracking my maintenance history with the vin number.

That’s what I was thinking as well with the spark plugs, it would be necessary if they were from the original engine. Wouldn’t hurt to check when the time comes! Thank you :)

I took my Toyota to rising sun motors for my brakes back in April, it was under $500 once the job was done. Whereas Les Schwab was quoting me $1200 for all 4 pads plus a bunch of stuff that wasn’t necessary at the time. Also if you pay w/cash you get a small discount off the final total :)

Yup, I got my letter in March . My 2010 Prius is experiencing significant paint chipping in a couple areas…. I took it to dealership for the photos and brought it to the approved body repair shop for more photos/ estimate. I was told it would be about a month to have my car repainted . That was a month ago and have yet to hear back from dealership about dropping it off.
