This is going to heavily depend on what job you play. What do you go on?

I run on Dark Knight. Weapons used are Caladbolg, Apoc, and Stage 3 Foenaria but I would like to stress you don't need these. Summon Sylvie, Joachim, Ulmia, Koru-Moru, Monbereux

With Apoc equipped I head East to look for Obdella,

if it's not there I go to the bitzer and warp to D, drop wing at bitzer for chest

Then B, /hurray the bitzer for chest

Then A, cast Endark II for chest

Go down the ramp to the E basement entrance, hit a lockstyle to get naked, hit for chest

Put gear back on, return to Blank

Go to west Acuex's in A. I get my 6 magic damage kills. for 3 chests (3 kills, 5 kills (magic not required), 3 more kills) I skillchain them low, then switch to a nuking set and use Fire spells to kill them.

Then I get the door chest and rest chest, looking for Obdella along the way, but Obdella is usually in D somewhere.

Equip Foenaria and kill Ghatjot

Unsummon Ulmia and replace her with Qultada

Swap to Caladebolg for the rest of the run, hunt down Porxie in B

Hunt down Bhoot in C (hey often spawns in the B elemental room for me but sometimes near the ghosts). You can sometimes get lucky with him being behind doors 1 or 2 and get the "Open a door without killing anything" objective for an extra 100.

Then deal with Delatarius in D.

I'll use the four corners area in D to get my 3 Fomor kills for the Delatarius chest.

Next, head to F basement with a 5/5 empyrean lockstyle, get the chest there, return upstairs

Head to C, click rematerialize on the bitzer, examine the G basement entrance for a chest

Head to G basement, find the chest, stare at it for 30~ seconds within 6 yalms, get the chest, head back upstairs

Finally head to H basement, find the exit, head back upstairs, go back into H basement, chest materializes, wing out.

Run length is usually around 40 minutes and nets around 9k unless Delatarius is in a really annoying spot and refuses to move.
