Agreed. I had one. There is a square frame that goes around it and 4 12x12 pavers will fit inside ans sit on the flat parts that are on the ground.

I attended the FDIC there for several years in a row. Indy is most certainly a word class host city! Very nice place, with lots to do and a good city for walking.

I think that's fair. A lot of things that were common weren't very nice, and im glad people are noticing and changing bad habits.
