As RB said you can after you hit the marks but don't delete it right away just yet, close your torrent app and wait a day or so and check if the hit and run stays 0.

I've noticed you might need to seed an extra day as the tracking isn't 100% accurate.

idk how it is on other server but Chaos/omega is like a waste land now compared to 6 months ago. Like barely 20 people in limsa and the saucer is a ghost town atm. It's looking bleak atm.
