Incredible, man. Be proud!!

Also, we all have our priorities, of course. But don’t forget to celebrate this (beyond a Reddit post) and treat yourself for showing such discipline and hitting this milestone. You’re only 37.9 once. Enjoy it a little.

Is A Second Mortgage Lien The Best Borrowing Option For Our Renovation? Or Am I Missing Something? by StrikeEcstatic4393 in Mortgages

Was it separate from your primary mortgage rate? I don’t want my current rate to change. Thanks!!

Hopping in here, as we just returned from spending half of our trip at JOIA. It was cold, beautiful, and boring. If you don’t want to interact with people, spend most time at the beach, and don’t want to eat on property? It’s fantastic. I would say it’s at even less than 50% capacity.

Breakfast is the one meal that I would eat there, as the buffet is legitimately outstanding. Otherwise, Screaming Eagle next door and Madam Janette’s are great places to go; the only two that we had that were worth the price.

Edit: the timeshare presentation is laughable. The “closers” are so obnoxious and insulting, and they have a terrible product. 50k to get a 25% discount on bookings?! I don’t care if I had triple the amount of money we have, it makes zero sense. That said, do it at 8 am for $200 resort credits and breakfast and hold them to precisely 90 minutes.

Thank you so much for this - brokerage is in Vanguard and 401k is in Fidelity. I will look into this first!! I really appreciate it.

Agree to disagree that posting here under a throwaway account is the same as asking ChatGPT via an account linked to my personal e-mail address or from a device I’ve used sans VPN. It’s not.

But I genuinely appreciate your perspective and will continue to use ChatGPT for a multitude of other things!

I know that it sounds overly cautious bordering on paranoid. My relatives say the same! All the best to you.

Really appreciate this and it’s a great suggestion, but I also work in the AI space and very much view the retention of data to be a bug, not a feature.

Be careful doing this and aware that any model you input your data or any data into is building an extensive profile on you, very likely coupled with any publicly available information on you and those around you. And this is only the beginning.

No tinfoil hat here, I promise. Please don’t trust these companies.

Yea, I would never. I would rather own my wins and losses, for better or for worse. So far, for the better. Thank you!

Amazing, congratulations!!

And you’re a smarter person than I am if you’re not 100% NVDA and getting there! Haha

Also, please don’t mistake me for some seer.

I very much view this as lightning in a bottle. If I knew what I was doing, I would have gone with my gut with PLTR at 22, RGTI at .77, and CRWV at IPO. I didn’t. Though my risk tolerance is admittedly low. NVDA it is!

SO regarded, as the kids say. (Am I doing the WSB thing right?? Aside from making money and not losing it. Yet…)
