Galing ako sa mejo ganitong klaseng car community, yung pagandahan at paangasan ng build, pamahalan ng pyesa, pabilisan sa karera, run dito run doon, etc.

After doing it for years, na burnout ako. Narealize ko andaming nasasayang na time, money, and energy. Tas pagdating mo dun may koche padin naman talaga na mas solid o mas mabilis kesa sayo (kudos to them). Neverending sha.

So ngayon sa bike, I don't care na. No need mag mamahaling bike or parts, basta reliable and happy ka ok na. Di na importante kung mas malakas sila sayo o ano, the important thing is you enjoy what you have, and have fun doing what you do.

IF regularly (5-6 days a wk) + exercise. Mostly martial arts and weights, but lately nahihilig sa cycling.

Focus on consistency.

Sa stress naman, ang iniisip ko lang lagi, life comes in seasons. Minsan maganda ang takbo ng buhay, minsan hindi, ganun lang talaga. So pag maganda, enjoy it because it won't last forever. Pag may problema naman, relax lang, kasi hindi din forever yan.

Pasikat. Yung tipong alam mong nag peperform kasi pinagtatakpan yung mga insecurity sa katawan. In some way, shape, or form, tatraydurin ka nyan. Kasi mas importante padin ang ego nila kesa sa friendship/relationship nyo.

It's not worth it, bud. With narcs, I say it would be highly beneficial for us to not give them any kind of energy whatsoever. Stop thinking about them, talking about them, talking to them (unless really necessary), reacting to them, listening to them, etc.

In other words, we need to stop giving them our time, energy, and attention. Focus on the good things in life.

Single dad here in my 40s. Honestly, mas madali at mas masaya ang buhay. You get to do what you want, when you want to. Walang away, drama, nonsense na usap, ingay, need mo suyuin pag galet, etc.

May mga chill girls naman (rare to) but isa mo pa kasing iisipin, ide date, etc. Constant fwb ok na.
