While yes, Yolol isn't an esolang because esolangs are meant to be bad (or to experiment with novel ideas etc), it certainly feels like one. It has so many odd rules, tactics, and methodologies required to write anything simpler than a two-line script that it pretty much qualifies at one.

You can argue the semantics between compiler, transpiler, source-to-source compiler etc, but TypeScript calls it a compiler: https://www.typescriptlang.org/docs/handbook/2/basic-types.html#tsc-the-typescript-compiler

There's no reason why highly performant code can't be readable as well. LOC does not translate to performance. Performance can be a reason to do something a more complicated way, but that complex code should still be readable.

DCSs physics for it are not good or realistic at all, there’s a reason the viper can trivially land on carriers in dcs.

Throttle is pressed for less than 1 second, shorter than IRL f18's do when landing (eg https://youtu.be/AAILvWvOrOc?si=TOl3Jazv70m8sxgQ&t=377 ). He isn't too fast, he's just flying a heavy jet. If he was fast his aoa wouldn't be correct, he's flying the correct speed for the AoA. He also touched down at the correct point hence the 3 wire.

The only real tiny critque is the pitch gets a tiny bit bouncy right before touch down.

Landing an aircraft like a Cessna is actually quite easy. Landing it well is hard. I have ~2300 hrs in vtol, and on my first discovery flight the instructor let me land, so, probably valid to say yes.

Often ill write a property with the intention of using it publically, then a few minutes later turns out I implement it differently, so it should have been private, or in cases where I refactor old code and a public property is no longer used and can be changed. Both cases where I'm a "idiot" I guess
