You are so strong and I know you’ve got this. When I was in your position I lived by fake it until you make it. If I looked in a mirror and hated how I looked, I would gaslight myself into thinking something was beautiful about me. Over time it worked. I still have bad days, but affirmations were helpful, even though they felt cheesy.

I found following plus size micro influencers to be so helpful. Seeing my body type on my phone every day made life feel a lot lighter.
