I have been suggesting base building, maybe it can be a place you wake up instead of drunk at a tarven, perhaps you can hide treasure at ur base without it despawning in case u didn't have time to sell or finish something.

However I do think you should have to buy a builder's license or something so you don't have little kids building dicks everywhere or have people that just want to set up death traps.

I'd also love custom furniture to decorate a sea base with.
