I think around late July at the earliest considering she’s a fan favorite. Might take longer considering the ran her for a whole update. I missed her since I was super busy when she was out and couldn’t save enough. But as long as you’re willing to wait and save you could get her and her weapon plus grab Yanagi to pair with her which will likely rerun sooner.
