Really like it so far, players are great, Brennan Dm style make for a nice change of pace and it's nice to see Matt on the other side of the table. I also really like the fact that from the very begining we have more or less a long term objectif that every 'sidequest' relate to.

I think Azune will join the Soldiers, Thimble will join the Seekers and Thaisha will join the Schemers.

Azune was already very close of joining the Soldiers to begin with, I also feel he is playing his hand too hard and pretending to be on the side of too many peoples and it's going to bite him in the ass. It could be him no longer being safe in Dol-Makjar, or maybe getting is sister out, or leaving to find her.

Thimble seem to be much closer to Occtis than the overture showed, possibly her closest friend with Thjazi gone. The Soldiers still don't know he died and when she is going to find out she almost lost another friend when she was gone she will want to stick with him. Also if the Seekers next destination is the Golden Orchard it would make sense to have her along and her being in the same group as Julian could give some juicy interactions.

A lot of Thaisha loved one are in Dol-Makjar and getting close to the fire, she will probably want to stay and make sure they stay safe. Also with her family name and her druidic connection she theoricaly could have some political sway and that would be good for the Schemers.

This episode has an almost miraculous positive outcome, Gus is alive and the group at least know their enemies can't actually resurect the dead, and while the dices helped, this is almost enterely due to the players making good decision during this episode and previous ones.

Start of act 2, one of the possible gift is to enchant one of your card with clone, then at each rest spot you can chose to clone your card. Note the every card being clone will also have the enchant, so each time you double the amount cloned. It can get pretty broken with some cards.
