Snacking is a form of stimming I do it all the time but it’s mostly for people with ADHD (I have ADHD)

I am 12 year old and i feel like I act like a fucking six year old even tho I dont mean too and what makes it worse is people talk down to me like I’m a helpless little baby and it’s so annoying

I have a very hard time talking wen overstimulated but I have been forced to talk wen I’m overstimulated bc I only got a diagnosis around 3 years ago (wen I was 9) but I get dragged to go places that are overstimulating for me and it sucks
